摘要(Abstract)：

信息通信技术大大改变了我们生活的方方面面。过去几十年,技术(不管是简单的还是复杂的)给教与学的设计和实施带来了重大变化,深刻地影响了远程开放学习领域。互联网的发展是这种变革的主要促进因素。新工具和技术为教师计划、设计、实施和评价教与学活动提供了创新途径。本文讨论数字技术的一些创新,以及这些创新对数字社会教与学的启示。文章还讨论了远程开放学习领域是否已经准备好迎接数字创新的问题。
