摘要(Abstract)：

所有高等教育教师和学生都使用在线教育技术,不管是用于课堂教学、混合式教学,还是完全在线教学。本文探讨在线教育技术的三大支柱——学习管理系统、社交媒体和个人学习环境,阐述如何最有效地把它们用于促进教与学的目的。文章还讨论教师在使用这些工具支持教与学过程中所面临的挑战。文章第一部分着眼学习管理系统,揭示这种多功能工具支持教与学的多种方式以及一些新发展和一些长期存在的挑战。第二部分讨论各种社交媒体和网络应用程序日益常见的用途,强调它们用于正式教育的优点和局限。最后一部分讨论学生和教师如何进一步扩展个人学习环境的用途。简而言之,本文从教育技术角度全面分析如何成为一名合格的21世纪教师。
