“翻转课堂”教学模式的关键因素探析

摘要(Abstract):
翻转课堂实现了传统课堂中知识传授与知识内化两个阶段的颠倒。在翻转式教学中,教师从知识的传授者转变为学习的指导者和促进者;教学视频承担起了知识传授的责任,其质量对知识传授的效果有着重要的影响。为了促进学生成为学习的主人,教师需要为学生创造个性化协作式的学习环境,并能够根据学科特点、学习者特征和先进的教学理念进行课堂活动的设计。笔者通过对翻转课堂内涵的解读,明确教师角色的定位,并围绕教学视频设计、个性化协作式学习环境的构建、课堂活动的设计等关键因素进行探析,以期对翻转课堂的实施提供借鉴。
