面向终身学习:信息素养的内涵、演进与标准The Core of Lifelong Learning: Connotations, Evolution and Standards of Information Literacy

摘要(Abstract):
信息素养是终身学习的核心。信息素养和终身学习是信息社会的灯塔。在数字化学习时代,信息素养是自主学习的基本条件,也是一个人学会学习的主要标识。近40年来,国内外对信息素养的内涵、意义和标准进行了持续的研究。本文从历史发展的角度论述了信息素养的内涵、意义和构成,回溯了信息素养的发展历程和主要标准。在综合诸多信息素养标准的基础上,针对自主学习和终身学习的需求,提出了信息素养的十大标准,以期为学习者提升信息素养或学习能力提供一个有意义的参照。文章认为,在终身学习时代,学习型社会不仅是一个"人人皆学、处处可学、时时能学"的社会,更是一个"个个善学"的社会。只有引领和促进学习者掌握以信息素养为核心的学习能力,学习者才有"善学"的基础和可能,学习型社会的构建和发展才有最根本的存在意义。
