如何发展我国远程研究生教育?——来自美国四所远程教育院校的启示Promoting graduate degree programmes via distance education: lessons from four American distance education universities

摘要(Abstract):
我国目前尚未开展远程研究生教育。但随着社会需求越来越强烈,开展远程研究生教育从而构建完备的终身学习体系将成为未来的必然选择。美国远程研究生教育起步较早,至今已经成为美国高等教育体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文选择美国四所代表性的远程教育院校,即马里兰大学全球校区、凤凰城大学、西部州长大学和普渡大学全球校区,从办学主体、专业设置、质量保障体系三个方面进行分析。最后基于我国现有的远程教育实际情况提出了发展我国远程研究生教育的政策性建议:促进远程教育主体多元化;以职业导向型专业为主、以专业型硕士为试点开展远程研究生教育;建立针对办学主体的评估认证体系;完善合适的入学、管理和教学机制。
