国际视野下学分银行建设的实践与分析

摘要(Abstract):
当今社会,学分银行建设作为实现终身学习重要举措之一显得日益重要。如何借鉴国际经验,结合本土实际,开展有效有序的学分银行建设更是成为了我国时下的热点话题。本文主要通过文献分析法,采用"6W分析方法"对国际学分银行建设的实践情况进行系统化分析,并重点对学分银行建设的三大核心内容,即学习成果认证的层级指标和规则,学分积累与转换的规则和工具,以及学分银行运营及组织架构的典型实践及研究予以剖析,研究不同层面的具体做法,以期为推动我国学分银行建设提供有益的参考。
